ONE/ONE is a luxury real estate and lifestyle brand built around the promise: second to none. Maaketto conceived and produced a complete immersive world for their brand launch — spatial experience where architecture, scenography, nature, and light converged to make guests feel the brand before understanding it.
Luxury real estate launches follow a predictable formula: a showroom, some renders, a dinner. ONE/ONE demanded the opposite — an environment so considered and immersive that guests would leave having experienced the brand's values. Every surface, every installation, every transition had to carry weight.

A monumental tunnel of concentric arched forms, each outlined in warm neon. A psychological threshold designed to signal 'you are entering something different.'
A massive raw stone formation supporting a sculpted bonsai tree, enclosed in a cylindrical glass column with spiralling neon halo. A zen landscape at architectural scale.
Full curved perimeter wall dressed with large-format brand imagery — stacked stones, human figures, raw materials — displayed as a room-scale editorial spread.
Large neon-outlined triangle installation with mirrored interior surfaces, functioning as both photo moment and brand expression.
Curved white counter topped with large-scale raw metallic rock sculpture. Organic arch structures maintained the environmental language throughout.
Star-field ceiling (fibre-optic embedded fabric), ONE/ONE neon signage, logo mark stage frame, and 'second to none' projection. Designer loop-back chrome chairs.
